Kildare County Council is pleased to announce that Kilcullen Library will be extending its opening hours, commencing Wednesday, 18 March 2026.

The library will now open five days a week, offering an additional 13 hours and 15 minutes of service each week. 

The new Kilcullen Library opening hours are: 

• Monday - Closed  
• Tuesday - 10.00am -1.00pm and 2.00pm - 5.00pm 
• Wednesday - 10.00am - 1.00pm 
• Thursday - 1.30pm - 5.00pm and 5.45pm - 8.00pm 
• Friday -10.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 5.00pm 
• Saturday - 10.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 5.00pm 
• Sunday – Closed
